Members of Kalpita Enclave Cooperative Housing Society have in their SGBM held on 6^th November, 2022 resolved to initiate redevelopment of society buildings as per directions issued vide GR dated 4^th July, 2019 u/s 79A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Similarly, members of “Kalpita Enclave Building L Cooperative Housing Society” and ‘Kalpita Enclave Building M Cooperative Housing Society” have also approved redevelopment of their buildings in their respective SGBM held on 20^th November, 2022.

An inter se agreement amongst all three societies for sharing of common areas etc is in place and they have also jointly obtained unilateral conveyance of the undivided land parcel on which the three societies are situated. In view of the same, all three societies will jointly carry out the process of redevelopment as per directions issued vide GR dated 4^th July, 2019 u/s 79A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
